Any items purchased from Calzaturificio Marcos Online Store can be returned.

You can return or change within 15 days. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer in case of return. In case of exchange, the first shipment will be charged to the Marcos Footwear Factory.

Returns damaged, stained, washed or altered will be refused and sent back to the customer.

If the goods are provided with brand packaging, certificates of authenticity, dust bags or leather labels, these elements must also be included in the return. In order for them to remain adequately protected during transport, it is necessary to send the items inside their original packaging.

Shoes should be tested on a carpet until you are sure you want to keep them. They must also be returned intact and inside their original undamaged box, as the latter is considered an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without box or in a damaged box or with a sole with obvious signs of use, will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Procedure

Our Customer Care is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

Our warehouse can take up to 5 working days to verify and process the return or change and once processed you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made using the credit/debit card or the account originally used for payment.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days before they appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank. At certain times of the year or due to force majeure, the timing of verification and processing of returns could be longer.
